Connect Klaviyo

Use Klaviyo to send review requests through a Klaviyo flow.

Before you start

  • A Klaviyo account.
  • A Klaviyo private API key. It starts with pk_. You can create one in Klaviyo under Settings, API keys.

Steps

  1. Go to the Integrations page.
  2. On the Klaviyo card, select Connect.
  3. Paste your private API key and select Verify.
  4. Select Connect.

What happens next

Sending a review request fires a Review Requested event in Klaviyo. The event includes a review_url property. Build a Klaviyo flow triggered by the Review Requested metric to send your email.

Disconnect

Open the Klaviyo card, select Manage, then Disconnect.
